KUNDALINI YOGA

This course is designed to support you in deepening your practice and will give you the tools to

begin teaching Kundalini Yoga.

All aspects of this training

are trauma-informed.

This hybrid training will initially take place online over a period of three months.

Trainees will complete their training hours on a seven-day immersion in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Course dates: 

ONLINE: June, July, August

7 DAY RETREAT: August 2024

Trainees have one year from the start of the course to turn in all materials & homework.

TUITION INCLUDES

200 hours of training, basic retreat accommodations, breakfast while on retreat, and lifetime access to online course materials.

Flight to& from Mexico and additional meals are extra.
