Relational & Somatic Therapy

In our work together, we create space to slow down and notice what is happening in real time, so you can begin to respond with more clarity and intention to your internal experience and the ways you move through your relationships and daily life.
Many people arrive at this work after recognizing that patterns that once helped them get through life are no longer sustainable. You may find yourself staying in situations that don’t feel right, taking on more than is yours to carry, engaging in compulsive behaviors that no longer serve you, or moving through cycles of over-functioning and exhaustion. There may also be a quieter sense that something in your life needs to change or is waiting to come forward.
In our work together, we pay attention to what is happening in the moment—both in session and as you bring experiences from your life outside. This approach is informed by years of trauma-informed clinical experience, where attention to present-moment experience is central. Through relational therapy and embodied awareness, patterns and shifts can be observed in real time.
As we work together, you build capacity to stay present with what is happening internally and externally, so that different choices become accessible from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.
Over time, this work supports an expanded ability to stay present in situations that previously led to automatic reactivity, and to respond with more intention and a stronger sense of agency.
If you are navigating relationship or attachment patterns that no longer feel sustainable, blended family dynamics, recovery or a family system impacted by addiction, or are experiencing a general sense that something in your life doesn’t feel quite right or settled, this work may be supportive.
